Tests de esfuerzo
Navegando me encontré unos tests de esfuerzo en mundoatletismo (estupenda web) y me he decidido a colgarlos en el blog en la barra de la derecha (en la sección Tests). Ya sabeis, medida de capacidad aeróbica, VO2Max, etc.
Si conoceis más serán bienvenidos.
